ONE-ON-ONE PARTNERSHIP

In a safe and confidential environment, you’ll have the opportunity to navigate your change with my personaliyed support. For lasting, positive change, I recommend 6–12 sessions spaced 1–3 weeks apart. At the outset, we’ll co-create a custom plan tailored to your content, scope and goals. Between sessions, you’ll implement the steps you choose, with ongoing support from me.  You can also opt for a single-session. Use it to reflext on a specific area, find solutions, gain new perspecives, benefit from mentoring or receive a consulation. We can meet in our calming space in the center of Prague or connect online.

GROUP PARTNERSHIP

Experience the power of a group and undergo changes together. During online workshops or small three-person sessions (triads) in my coaching space, we focus on particular topics, for example, mindset changes, mental resilience, life values, effective learning, self-confidence, creativity, and more. I can also create a private workshop for you on the topic you want to advance in.

MENTAL RESILIENCE PROGRAM

This intensive 10-week program focuses on developing your mental resilience and your ability to face challenges with strength and calmness. The program can be completed individually or in a group setting.
